By accessing, registering on, or placing an order through this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Shipping Policy and Returns and Exchange Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
1.2 Products
We sell automotive parts, accessories, consumables and related products. Minor differences in colour, packaging, labels, or product appearance may occur without affecting the product’s function or quality.
Before ordering, you must verify compatibility with your vehicle’s make, model, variant, year, engine/chassis number, OEM part number, and technical specifications where available.
1.3 Pricing, taxes and payment
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST. Applicable GST and other charges will be shown at checkout or on the invoice, as applicable. Delivery charges, discounts, and any other payable amount will be clearly displayed before you place the order.
We may correct genuine pricing, stock, or typographical errors. If an error affects your order, we may cancel it and refund any amount paid, or contact you to confirm the corrected price before processing.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. For prepaid orders, payment must be successfully received before dispatch.
1.4 Order acceptance and cancellation
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, pricing is clearly erroneous, payment verification fails, delivery is not serviceable, or there is suspected fraud or misuse.
You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting us at info@torquexbike.com / +91 70410 51007. Once dispatched, cancellation will be handled under our Returns and Exchange Policy.
1.5 Installation and safe use
Automotive parts should be installed and used only according to the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable safety standards. We strongly recommend installation by a trained and qualified mechanic.
You must not use a product that appears damaged, defective, counterfeit, unsafe, or incompatible with your vehicle. You are responsible for ensuring that modifications and installations comply with applicable law, vehicle-manufacturer requirements, insurance conditions, and road-safety requirements.
1.6 Intellectual property
All website content, including trademarks, product images, text, graphics, and logos, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use it without prior written permission.
1.7 Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable Indian law.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of use, loss of income, business interruption, or third-party repair costs arising from the use of a product. This does not affect your rights in relation to defective, misdescribed, unsafe, or non-delivered products.
1.8 Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Indian law. Customers may raise concerns through our Grievance Officer and retain all rights available under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable laws. Nothing here restricts a consumer’s right to approach the appropriate consumer dispute redressal commission or other authority.
