2.1 Processing and dispatch
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, subject to product availability. Custom-order, imported, oversized, or out-of-stock items may require additional time, we will notify you where reasonably possible.
Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
2.2 Delivery
We deliver to serviceable addresses in India through third-party logistics partners. Estimated delivery dates displayed at checkout are estimates, not guaranteed delivery commitments. Delivery may be affected by weather, transport disruptions, public holidays, remote-area serviceability, or events outside our reasonable control.
Where an order contains multiple items, we may dispatch them separately. You will not be charged extra shipping solely because we split a shipment unless this was clearly disclosed before purchase.
2.3 Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed before checkout. Free-shipping offers, if applicable, are subject to their stated order-value, location, weight, product-category, and other conditions specified at the time of the offer.
